Booking and Cancellation Policy To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your appointment is reserved and allows us to provide the best possible service to all clients. Cancellation Terms: 1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. 2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
