CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and allows me to provide the best possible service to all clients. Cancellation terms: 1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, will be charged 50% of the service fee. 2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, will be charged 100% of the service fee. No call / No shows: 1. No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
